Terms of Service
Last updated October 7, 2026
By creating an account or using Audura, you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Give us accurate information, and tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account.
2. Your music stays yours
You keep all rights to what you upload. By uploading, you confirm that you own the music or have the rights and permissions needed to store it and share it the way you choose.
You give Audura only the limited permission needed to run the service: to store your files, play them back, and deliver them to the people you share with. We do not claim ownership of your content.
3. Acceptable use
Please do not use Audura to:
- upload or share content you do not have the right to distribute;
- harass, threaten, or impersonate other people;
- upload anything unlawful, or malware or other harmful files;
- try to access other people's accounts or files, or get around our security or sharing controls;
- overload, scrape, or interfere with the service, or use it to run a public streaming or file-hosting service.
4. Sharing and feedback
You decide who receives your share links and are responsible for who you give them to. People you share with may be able to play, and if you allow it, download your music. Comments and feedback left on your tracks are subject to these same rules.
5. Audura Pro subscriptions
Audura Pro is an optional paid plan, billed monthly or yearly. You can buy it in the iPhone app (billed by Apple to your Apple ID) or on the web and desktop app (billed by Stripe). Pro bought on one works on all of them.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown when you subscribed until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge. If a free trial is offered, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel first. App Store subscriptions are managed and cancelled in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions; web subscriptions are managed from Audura → Pro → Manage subscription.
When Pro ends, your account goes back to the free plan. Nothing you uploaded is deleted, but you can't add more than the free limits allow, Pro-only profile features are hidden, and an existing 3-character username stays yours. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple; for web purchases, email contact@audura.app.
6. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on Audura infringes your rights, email contact@audura.app with details and we will look into it. We may remove content that appears to infringe.
7. Ending your account
You can stop using Audura and delete your account at any time from Settings.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, put other users or the service at risk, or are used unlawfully. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why.
8. The service as is
Audura is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own backups of anything important. Audura is a tool for sharing and managing files, not a backup service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Audura and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost files, lost data, or lost profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you have not paid us anything.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. If the change is meaningful we will update the date at the top of this page, and continuing to use Audura means you accept the new terms. Questions? Email contact@audura.app. See also our Privacy Policy.
